"Absolutely terrible and unresponsive garbage. Any change of settings (f ex. Set to bridge mode to connect eth router) hangs device. Restarting feature from app does not work, delay after any action is so huge that it appears to lag or hang constantly. Configuring device requires consent to allow Bluetooth permission on and off again 2 times in the row!, no setting to allow BT permission to be just on! For amount of restarts required you need to go through it all the time. Avoid at all cost!!!"

"The android app is pretty buggy. If you need to set static IPs it swaps the gateway and subnet mask. Caches updates to where it errors out. Will hang on connecting to internet for some nodes. Most of the time completely killing the app and clearing cache fixes. Except for the subnet / gateway issue."

"Not very responsive on Android or iOS. It will say the eero is connected when it clearly isn't. There is no way to refresh to see which if any eeros in your network are working you just have to wait. You can't restart the eero without an internet connection even though you can still connect to the eero. Plus no web support. I have used the eero since the crowd funding days and thought it would get better. It hasn't. Edit: there are so many usability features missing I'm downgrading my review."

"Hi! I'm a trained, qualified, experienced internet/software/hardware expert with many years under my belt. This pathetic attempt at creating an intranet to service customers under the guise of extended wifi make me cry inside. How are the companies in charge of owning our connections so ridiculously ignorant? It's a terrible setup and the support is clueless. GOOD LUCK! sent mine back Really very sad"
